He is a graduate of the Dakota School of Banking, hosted by the North Dakota Banker’s Association, and is a 2015 graduate of the Iacocca Institute‘s Global Village for Future Leaders in Business and Industry on the campus of Lehigh University.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for ND Dollars for Scholars, is a graduate of the FMWF Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program,and has previously served on the Fargo Forum Reader’s Board and the Independent Community Banks of North Dakota. Thomas and his wife Jadin live in north Fargo.
Will is a former CIA officer and national security subject-matter expert in aerospace and satellite systems, space/counterspace weapons system counterproliferation, and aerospace-sector geopolitics. He serves as Director of Business Development for Airial Robotics where he is leading the multinational UAV manufacturer’s North Dakota
Will is a former CIA officer and national security subject-matter expert in aerospace and satellite systems, space/counterspace weapons system counterproliferation, and aerospace-sector geopolitics. He serves as Director of Business Development for Airial Robotics where he is leading the multinational UAV manufacturer’s North Dakota expansion into both the Fargo and Grand Forks regions, and was recently selected for North Dakota’s Builders & Backers program where he is spearheading an effort to establish a nonprofit museum incubator. William is a Fellow at The Explorers Club and the Royal Astronomical Society, a National Eagle Scout Association World Explorer, and a past invited lecturer at NASA, USCG NAVCEN, USFS, The UAS Summit, the American Geographical Society, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the Fargo Air Museum where his private collection of Cold War Space Race artifacts is on display. William is a competitive ultramarathon runner and pistol instructor; he is currently training as a Muay Thai fighter while pursuing his solo skydiver license, FAA Part 107 drone pilot license, PADI Divemaster certification, and PADI Master Scuba Diver certification.
Chase Grindberg is a territory manager at Pioneer Seed. As the former NDSU Student Body President, Chase oversaw $9 million in student fees as the chair of the Student Fee Advisory Board while managing the NDSU Student Government Executive Branch. Chase previously served as State Chairman of the North Dakota College Republicans as well

Chase previously served as State Chairman of the North Dakota College Republicans as well as a legislative intern for the office of Senator John Hoeven where he contributed to agricultural policy and agricultural legislative aid projects. Chase and his wife Katherine live in North Fargo.
